Online Payment Inquiry System - Assistance

The purpose of the Online Payment Inquiry system is:

  • to provide basic information about child support payments to custodial parties,
  • to provide information about child support order balances to non-custodial parties,

This online system mirrors the current DHR telephone information system. The information displayed online is exactly the same as that which would be obtained if a person dialed the Child Support Hotline. If the online system ever becomes unavailable due to upgrade or maintenance, the telephone system will still be available.

Child Support Hotline Numbers

  • 1-334-242-0210 (Outside Alabama / within Alabama in Montgomery, Autauga, or Elmore counties)
  • 1-800-284-4347 (All other Alabama counties)

A touch-tone phone is required to obtain automated information from the child support hotline.
